Well, ya got me!

Upon initially removing this from the box it appeared to be a brand new phone, and I was quite surprised. Pleasantly surprised in fact, I had been incredibly worried that this would not be what they described. For both my business and personal use I must, MUST have access to a phone that works properly. Each day that I do not have one costs me a great deal of money. Seemed like everything was fun and the phone during the setup, the person I was selling my old phone to came and picked it up. About 30 minutes later, I discovered that using the Spen causes the screen to go berserk like it does in the video. It proceeds to do this until you either can convince it to turn off and restart, or until the battery dies. How incredibly frustrating. Unfortunately, now you need not even use the s pen for this to occur. It just happens sporadically. No I am completely without a phone for my business or personal use until I can come up with the way around this situation. I've attempted to contact the seller only to be engaged by a robot chat room. I've attempted to contact Amazon, only we told two box it up and send it back. While both of those might be standard issue responses, I am in a position where I would like to have a phone as soon as possible, even if that requires me to pay for it out of my pocket and wait for this one to be reimbursed. Regardless, by the time it is needed, I sincerely doubt all I've even talked to someone by then. This is the first bad experience I've had with Amazon whether my business page or personal, and to be honest, it's just about as close to a worst case scenario as I can get. Sure hope someone contacts me relatively soon. I'm open at any suggestions for resolution.

Check your APN if data not working!! (Unlocked version)

The phone is in good condition, I bought an unlocked one for my boyfriend. Theres a few scuffs on the top of the phone but nothing crazy, it IS refurbished afterall lol. I'd seen reviews saying it isnt unlocked (if you indeed bought the unlocked version) and my boyfriend's data wasn't working....but my sim card was ?? I thought it was a bust! But no, he just needed to manually put in his APN (Access Point Network) for his phone. If you look yours up (service provider) online it'll tell you what you need to put in. Also, do be aware of the battery, my sister bought me a phone from this company and the battery was swelling after a few weeks. It was a simple fix, not even 100$ (itd be free if done before the three months mark of purchase but my sister bought it as a gift and held it for about 2 months lol overall not bad! My pen did also break but I mean you win some u lose some ?????

Great bang for the buck

I've been buying refurbished, late generation phones for a couple years now. So far, they really hold up, work great, and come at one-fourth the price of a new phone. A real money saver. This Note 20 came packaged well and was flawless.

The phone works great, but the screen is covered in micro-scratches.

I bought the phone when it was on sale, expecting it to arrive in good condition. However, I received the phone covered in tiny micro-scratches on the screen. While the scratches are not visible when the phone is on, I'm a bit disappointed by the number of little scratches on the phone screen.
