Pristine Condition Phone!

The phone arrived VERY QUICK (literally next day), well packaged and functioning. Upon opening and inspecting, this phone is in an excellent condition! It looks brand new as if it's never been used!! I'm so happy about that! Seller made good on his word when he stated, excellent condition! It even came with a glass screen protector already installed. I powered phone on and proceeded to copy over all my data, which went very smooth thru Samsung Switch. Cameras are working properly and S pen as well. I had a bit of a scare, when it kept asking me to update. It continuously did this for several minutes, I mean over and over again. Not sure WHY. Maybe it's because it missed being updated over the years? Regardless, I was scared for a moment, then decided to clear the "cache" of phone. I found out how to do this on you tube. It worked like a charm! No more rebooting of phone! I'm hoping it works for many years to come. I'm completely satisfied and will recommend this seller to anyone looking to buy a used phone.!

A really nice phone.

Best phone I've ever owned. The phone came in perfect condition, no scratches on the screen or rear of phone. The phone also functions flawlessly so far, I've had it for less then 2 months so I hope no issues come up.

Arrived on time as expected. I have been using it for 3 months with absolutely no complaints. I was originally going to purchase one from eBay but decided to go with Amazon refurbished as i felt it would be safer and i needed that guarantee.
