I was hesitant at first to purchase a refurbished phone from Amazon. I was worried that the phone was going to be in rough condition or have software issues. After two weeks I can say I was worried for nothing! The phone quality is as close to brand new as one could get and has surpassed all my expectations. No scratches on screen or phone and the software has no bugs whatsoever. Will definetly be back in the future!!

First time buying a renew android phone. This phone is just like new. I could not find any scratch or dent. Everything functions well. It saves me a lot of money but enjoy a good phone.

Phone came in 3 days later through ups took it out the box has a few scratches on the back and some minor scratches on the screen comes with a charging brick a sim ejector tool and a cord to charge the phone with turned the phone in put my SIM card in and it was working finally a phone that is truly unlocked great phone for the price

The phone is great but make sure you test your phone to check if it's really unlocked - use a sim card from different carrier then the one you have to see if its working. In case if the sim card you have is the same as the carrier of the locked phone you'll not notice that the phone is locked until you decide to move to a different carrier and suddenly you'll find out that it's locked when it's too late to return it. Some sellers might be cheating this way knowing that some customers may not notice that they were sold a locked phone instead of unlocked!!!!
