Excellent product and customer service

The phones were in excellent condition, no scratches or anything. I did have an issue with one of the two phones not being fully unlocked so I contacted the seller and in less than 24hrs they had responded and we were able to get the issue fixed.

This phone is...

Originally I hated this phone. It's very different from my previous one. It took 4 people experimenting for 2 days following every fix video available online to figure out how to pinch and zoom on it...you have to hold your two fingers 1 inch apart from each other when you first touch the screen, then you can spread them apart in any direction to zoom in on the display. Thankfully it was easy to switch phones...just move your old sim card to this new one, then install the Smart Switch app on your old phone (it comes preinstalled on the new one), make sure both phones are connected to the same wifi network, then lay one on top of the other so they can find each other to connect. Follow the directions on the app on both phones, and all your old files, contacts, etc. will copy over to the new phone. Unfortunately I haven't yet figured out how to uninstall a lot of the apps that come preinstalled on it that I don't need.

As far as the phone it's great till it was causing, not so much the phone as my carrier. While I was trying to figure out. My issues a surprising thing came up. Not 5G, although when tp phone starts the screen clearly says it is 5G. Could not find a way to make it 5G. Also when I took the case off the back was busted showed a hard impact at the edge on the back of the case. In all and all it worked great. I would by another. Barry Samsung 20+ 5G. Somebody email me I need to have a chat.
