Great Phone

I am very happy with my new Galaxy S20 Ultra cell phone. It has all the latest and greatest features, the size of the phone is big and it takes fantastic pics. Battery life is great, don't have to charge it for 2 to 3 days of use.

Great phone, facial recognition sends it crashing back to earth

This phone has a lot going for it. The facial recognition leaves a lot to be desired, however. The integration to WIndows and Samsung Dex is a welcome change from the iPhone and am looking forward to seeing gaming work with XBox Live. The phone is fast and responsive and is quite smooth. Overall, really satisfied. I will say if you are looking to upgrade your iPhone with this, you may be disappointed. Know what you are getting yourself into. Apple definitely has polished mobile products, where Samsung and Android can feel like a hacker project at times.

Samsung galaxy S20 ultra, Awesome phone!

I Absolutely love this phone. The camera is awesome and it was a breeze using smart switch to upgrade from a Samsung s7. The alerts and ringtones I had on my s7 didn't transfer but I was able to restore them using zedge. This item actually came 2 days early. Amazon delivered without requesting a signature which I though was odd but we were alerted that someone was on the porch so we grabbed it soon after delivery. Love it! No complaints. I don't use face recognition so not sure how it works.

Awesome phone with awesome battery life.

Returned my brand new Note 20 Ultra 5G and went with this instead. I've owned all Notes since the Note 2 release but I was extremely disappointed with the Note 20 Ultra battery life among other battery issues, ie erroneous slow charging and screen brightness issues. The S20 Ultra 5G has been solid as a rock. I've had no focus issues with the camera and I consider myself a power user. Very pleased with this phone.

Heavy and thick ass phone... but great performance makes up for it

I love everything about this phone except for the gimongous size/weight, and how the camera rattles when you shake the phone. make sure you buckle your belt if you put this in your pants pockets because it's so heavy it'll pull your pants down ?? Unfortunately I found scratches under the preinstalled screen protector... So either this was already used or it had a manufacturing defect. Back it goes...
