Samsung Galaxy s21 Plus - Phantom Gold (Unlocked)

I'm so torn about how to feel about this phone. It looks great, and it worked fine, for some months after purchasing it; I had no reason to believe that I would wind up having an issue with it, especially with my very modest use. Recently, I have been randomly unable to receive calls. It is not a DND issue or a muted/blocked number issue. I have been through numerous troubleshooting loops; everything to do with data except receiving calls works. It is not an issue with my carrier either, because moving the SIM card to my previous phone makes everything work perfectly. I am tired of it intermittently working and then not, with no rhyme or reason. My only guess is that something internally on the phone is corroded or damaged, or not seated correctly. But, I would not know, and I am too far beyond claiming warranty support for a phone that was clearly sold as defective.

I paid a lot of money to have a nice phone, refurb or not, and it came in *almost* pristine condition. After I got through set up, the phone had lines across the screen already. I'm pretty mad about it tbh. 0 stars. Not even one. Edit to add: I put on a screen protector and phone case to prevent any further damage before a return could be processed. After one day of use, the lines seemed to clear up for all of 5 minutes before a blue discoloration started in the upper right corner of the screen. After about an hour, that had progressed to a black spot and a full dark blue tint all over the screen. Can't get an answer from Amazon they just keep transferring me to a "specialist" I never actually get transferred to. Can't even get a hold of the seller. So buyer beware with this one. Also more to do with the phone I didn't realize when I bought, but it doesn't have an aux/headphone jack either. Which I think is kinda dumb but that's on me for not noticing before I bought. Just a heads up if you're wanting this model.

Its a pretty color and works well

Good battery no scratches on the screen. Two barely knows will mark on the back and surprisingly good condition is unlocked cell service wise.

I'd say that this Samsung S20 FE 5G has got to be one of the best smartphones that takes excellent photos that I have ever had in my life.....so far! It has wireless charging on it (something I did not know about), excellent camera set up that takes pretty good photos for the most part, excellent videos, has 128 GB of internal storage....however...there is NO slot for a microSD card for additional storage (a minor drawback]. Fingerprint reader is directly on the screen and it was hard to get used to that at first, but did not take long to get used to it and it works very good. Games seems to play rather well on this smartphone, tho I probably would not do very intensive gaming on this phone. Basic games works mighty well on this smartphone though. Really I think the only issues I have with this smartphone from Samsung are 2 things.....lack of extra storage and the camera will turn itself off if you go wide-angle when taking photos or videos. It seems to be a common issue/problem with Samsung S20 FE 5G smartphones. There are videos on You Tube on this issue and how to fix it....which is overall an easy fix. That issue does not happen until you hit a certain Samsung or Android update on this phone. Overall, a great smartphone and it's water resistant also....not sure about it being waterproof....so don't put it in water at all. I would rate this Samsung smartphone a pretty decent 5 of 5....despite those 2 minor issues with the Camera turning off frequently and the lack of extra storage space.
