It's okay

This phone is all right, nothing spectacular. I had an LG7 thinq before, and the lg7 was far superior in nearly everything; camera, speakers, water resistance...the galaxy s20 has no fingerprint sensor or expandable storage, and the battery life isn't that great. In a world of many diferent kinds of phones, it rates kinda average. Screen size is nice though.

“Very excellent”

Screen and cameras were in perfect condition. The Frame of the phone was scratched up though. Purchased as an Emulation machine and works great in all other aspects. The frame is all scuffed up everywhere though. So excellent where it counts but know the condition claimed isn’t completely honest. I am happy with this device otherwise. Still a good buy.

great phone

This phone is great - the touch screen is quick, it processes webpages and apps with ease. The size is ideal and fits comfortably in my back pocket or a small purse. This phone doesn't come with an audio jack so we had to get some adapters that plug into the power spot so we can stream music through the phone in the car which was an easy fix. The battery lasts a while and I often have tons of apps open at the same time without slowing anything down. I take a ton of pics and videos (the quality of both is really great) and haven't had an issue with storage space yet which is super awesome - I do back up all my images/video to google photos though just in case, I've lost way too much media over the years to keep it only on my phone. When taking a screenshot, there is a nice pop-up option that allows you to crop it or make edits right away, I use this function regularly and really appreciate having the option. I use it for work functions as well and can easily switch between multiple email accounts and google drive folders - downloading and opening documents is a breeze and its enhanced my ability to work remotely and on the go. As a public figure, I installed google voice so I can have a more personal and more public number and the phone handles both with ease. I also use signal, discord, facebook messenger, and whatsapp regularly to communicate with people all around the world. I love the keyboard function that allows me to switch between languages and daily switch between arabic and english with ease - sometimes in the same text, comment, or email.

Great alternative to paying top dollar for a new device

I ordered the unlocked version and luckily got a T-Mobile version with dual sim for an external SD and 12GB RAM as I wanted since I heard the Verizon version has less RAM and a single SIM. To start the phone is in "near" perfect condition. The only small issues I could find were a tiny imperfection on the screen and some slight OLED burn in at the bottom of the screen where the buttons are. It looks like a small "P" with a circle next to it when viewing something on a white background but for the price I'm not too bothered. The phone also did not come with a screen protector but that was an easy fix. Everything I've tested works flawlessly including the battery life (which they guarantee at least 80% capacity). Note for Verizon customers: I activated it on Verizon and swapped in my sim from my old S10 and come to find out 5G appears to work out of the box with no changes to my plan or anything so I'll take it. One annoyance with Verizon is they use their own visual voicemail app that comes pre-loaded on their locked phones. Unfortunately there's no way to install it on an unlocked phone so now I don't get notifications for voicemail and I have to call in to check messages. I even tried sideloading the APK but it doesn't work so not sure if it's possible to fix or not. Kind of annoying atm but maybe that will push me over the fence to switch to another carrier (like one that offers their voicemail app on the playstore - ie pretty much every other carrier). Coming from an S10 that got a white screen of death after a small drop this phone is better in every way and can't be beat at the price. Even mid tier phones cost over 350-400 new and this phone is way superior being a top of the line phone when it launched and half the price. I'm glad I took the plunge and tried a renewed phone since I found my new way to upgrade my phone. No thanks to signing contracts and getting locked into a network. Buying a previous gen phone is the way to go for me for sure. I'm very happy with my purchase and just think you really got nothing to lose to try it out!
