Samsung Galaxy s21 Ultra - Phantom Titanium (Unlocked)

Was nervous about buying a refurbished phone, but it has been a good purchase! Way cheaper than buying a brand new phone and works perfect! Very happy with it

Looked great coming out of the box. Booted and setup and transferred most files and settings from old phone. The older style SAMSUNG branded ADAPTIVE FAST CHARGERs that has been in trouble free service for years caused the touch operation to be very erratic on this phone! Throwing phantom touches all over the screen. A newer charger and one capable of SUPER FAST CHARGING did not cause this issue. Switching the phone settings to disable fast charging also prevented the phantom touches as well. The other operational issue is that the left 1/4 of the screen brightness control has no affect on brightness! The screen only gets so dark then no darker so using at night will burn the screen on your retina and destroy an sleep pattern if you want to simply check the time. It lights up the room without any trouble at night! The rest of the screen brightness control slider works exactly like another S20+ Another issue is the back glass panel cracked when taking out of an OTTER BOX case. This was very unpleasant surprise as another S20+ in an OTTER BOX case hasn't had any issues and I haven't had issues with other phones in OTTER BOX cases I've had in the past. Leading me to believe the frame on this one was stressed or something significant, it isn't the standard black so that could have something to do with it. The operation of the WiFi is very good to outstanding with sensitivity and data speeds. The cellular service is also very good and registers 4G, 4G+, and 5G as expected in the nPerf apps coverage maps. GPS Seems fairly accurate and stable.

Perfect exterior and decent battery life. This phone came in extremely handy when other phone failed suddenly. Not happy about Samsung phones in general. After a software update, fried my other S21. This phone still working

Everything works as intended. Battery is great. Wifi connection is great. Screen cracked in my pocket while working, this is after 4.5 months. Phones always break in my pocket so that's why I buy on here and not in a store!

This was a really nice phone. Just like brand new. Everything worked. Although the device sound was too quiet. Even though I turned it all the way up, when someone called, the volume was quiet. The battery life was great. Since I couldn't hear conversation very well, I did return it.
