Edit 04/05/2024: Currently 0/4 now on these refurbished phones, never had these issues before with used phones. I wanted to post a review for each of the phones however it looks like two were posted from the same listing so this speaks for all. With these items being not fulfilled by Amazon, it is the fault of RE-CELL, Cell Rider, ELECTRONICDEALS, and MOBILESUPPLY. Check with the actual seller (not amazon) to see if they are trustworthy, I have found them to be not. I received the phone and all was fine for the first day. Showed up great condition, barely could tell it was refurbished, and was pleased with the condition and delivery/unboxing experience so far. Though after that I noticed I had lost cell service, and would refuse to connect to any cell network, after I went through a few days of rigorous troubleshooting on my own and with Verizon they advised me to replace the phone, which I did. Thankfully the return process was fine and was accepted, however the fact that the only option listed was a UPS picked, in which they would require me to wait for them to arrive at some point in the next 3 days, however they never showed up, so I had to reschedule a second pickup with amazon, and wait another 2 days until a pickup. Had there been a drop-off option like every other item I have ordered on this site, I could have had the refund started a week prior. Instead I had to go through a magnitude more hassle to send back a phone that should have never been OK'd in the first place. I am surprised something simple like a phone being locked to a carrier would slip through your QC process, like c'mon its just a simple IMEI check, just do it, its not terribly hard. I've purchased many refurbished phones in my time, this is the first time I've received one that didn't work as a phone. Scuffs, scratches, dings, dents, that's fair play with used phones and I've become used to, but it needs to at least work like a phone. (Spoiler alert, I've now had to go through 3 (YES THREE) of the S22 Ultra ''''Factory Unlocked'''' phones so far, with all 3 having issues, 2 of them being the IMEI lock issue on these unlocked phones.) At this point in time, I no longer trust Amazon for my used phone needs. I'm 0/3 on phones from supposed 'excellent' condition, nothing has been excellent about my experience other than finally seeing my money be returned.

Product: Amazon Renewed 'Excellent Condition' Galaxy S22 Ultra Merchant: RE-CELL Summary: Bottom line is I ordered a Factory Unlocked S22 Ultra from Re-Cell in 'Excellent' condition, and this is exactly what I received. A lot of sellers will claim their phone is 'unlocked' but this is often not the case. RE-CELL provided the exact phone as listed - SM-S908U1 (correct SKU for USA unlocked Samsung S22u). My new phone came in much better packaging (Small 'Box' designed for smart phones) which is MUCH better than most merchants would provide. Also included was a fast charger and the correct USBc cable. The phone was in a protective plastic sleeve and literally looks brand new, not a single blemish front/back/sides. I'm not sure if this phone was refurb'd for a cracked screen or not, its literally impossible to tell. If so, the replacement looks and feels as good as Samsung OEM. It looks, feels and performs like a brand new phone in every aspect. Considering this particular S22 Ultra was also one of the cheapest for an 'Excellent' condition S22u, Re-Cell is my new go-to merchant whenever I'll need to use the Amazon Renewed program in the future.

The olone I got has deep scratches on the screen but it doesn't affect the performance of the phone. Worth it.

S22 ultra i love it. Its all in good condition however i can will give a more honest report after using it after 3 months till the product the 90 days replacement policy. But right now i feel it good and in good condition when i have opened it all good. I have the issue with the adapter came with it as its getting heated up very soon and i fear it might musti request the seller to replace my item and allow me get a new one. over all s22 is in amazing condition the only issue i have is the adapter Thank you
