Samsung Galaxy s22 Ultra - Sky Blue (Unlocked)

I purchased a renewed Galaxy S22 Ultra that was listed in "Excellent" condition, which costs more than if bought in "Good" condition. The phone arrived in 2 days via UPS, and required a delivery signature. The Galaxy S22 Ultra I received is beautiful as if I had purchased it in new condition. I don't believe it was ever used. I was previously using a Galaxy S21. The reason for purchasing an Ultra was I wanted a larger phone. The SIM card transfer and setup from my Galaxy S21 was seamless, and everything I had on the S21 copied over without any issues. The Galaxy S22 Ultra takes beautiful pictures and has all the functions I need. I've only had the phone a little over a week, but I know it's a keeper. This is the 2nd phone that I've bought renewed, and I have no regrets making the purchase.

The Phone was perfect but it had one problem. The phone came from Puerto Rico which means I couldn't get it Unlocked or use here in the U.S. The seller should make sure that the phone says "manufactured in Vietnam" instead of "Fabricado en Vietnam" or something different because if you get the Spanish model of the phone, you won't be able to connect to your carrier. I ended up returning the phone but don't know if they are willing to give me a replacement. I Got the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra Burgundy 256gb 12gb of ram.

I was a bit nervous buying a refurbished phone, but I didn't want to pay over a thousand dollars for a new one. It was in excellent condition! When I need another phone I will definitely be buying from this company.

The Samsung phone I ordered indicated it was refurbished/excellent condition, and it is in almost perfect condition. The only thing I have noticed are some tiny scratches on one edge of the screen. I’m very satisfied with the phone, but the charger cord that came with it is an iPhone cord. I received the phone about 5 weeks ago and have made numerous calls to GreenTech, but no one ever answers. I have left several voicemails and sent an email to them, but have gotten no response, so I’m giving them 4 stars instead of 5. I don’t know that I would ever purchase another phone from them. Additional comments: After posting this review, I decided to try contacting the company through Amazon. I probably should have tried this sooner. They responded quickly and gave me a $15 refund so I could purchase a replacement cord myself. Still not sure about the lack of response from their tech line. Glad there was nothing wrong with my phone!

As a couple,we bought same phone with different colors from the same store,both have flawless features, almost like new, the only issue we have is the battery life is drain little too fast, but overall we love the phones
